1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, purchasing from, or using the services of AFTR LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website, products, or services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state or jurisdiction, to use our services or make a purchase. By using our services, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Services

We offer content production for growing brands, agencies, creators and founders who need more than just a space to shoot - without the hassle. We combine location, videography, photography, props and custom backdrop scenes in a single, seamless experience. Everything together under one roof, so you can arrive with an idea and your team - and leave with content that’s ready to work. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit any product or service at any time without notice. We make reasonable efforts to accurately display and describe our offerings, but we do not guarantee that all descriptions, pricing, images, or other content are error-free, complete, or current.

Each AFTR booking includes:

Location and multiple shoot spaces
Production setup and breakdown
Professional photography
Professional videography
Onsite props
Optional green screen studio setup
Delivery of raw video and photo files within 72 hours of your shoot

You’ll also experience:

Flexible booking: Reserve by the half or full day, with bookings available as late as 4 days in advance
A versatile location: A beautiful Los Angeles home location with multiple spaces, curated props, and customizable digital backdrop scenes—so you can return again and again with a fresh look every time.
Onsite production support: Professional videography and photography production services included, supported by advanced equipment and technology to deliver studio-quality content.
Post-production add-ons: As part of its add-on offerings, AFTR provides concierge-level video, photography, and creative design support. From video editing and photo retouching to custom asset creation, these services are available as needed, for an additional fee—ensuring each story is fully polished and ready to be shared seamlessly across platforms.

AFTR supports a wide range of content, including product shoots, UGC testimonials, founder stories, interviews, professional bios, demos, ad creative, social content, brand collaborations, podcasts, audition reels, portfolio content, and more — optimized for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, websites, and both short- and long-form formats.

4. Bookings and Payment

All bookings are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or service unavailability.

By booking, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and payment information. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for all applicable fees and other charges.

5. Pricing

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

Half Day Shoot

$2,500 / half day

Book for a half day shoot (4 hour max). Each booking includes production setup and breakdown time, photography, videography, location with multiple spaces, props, green screen option and delivery of raw content files within 72 hours of your shoot.

When booking your date, $1,500 deposit is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due and collected on the shoot day. Cancellation requests made more than 96 hours (4 days) before the scheduled shoot date will receive a full refund of the $1,500 deposit. Cancellation requests made within 96 hours of the booked shoot date are non-refundable.

Full Day Shoot

$4,500 / half day

Book for a full day shoot (8 hour max). Each booking includes production setup and breakdown time, photography, videography, location with multiple spaces, props, green screen option and delivery of raw content files within 72 hours of your shoot.

Post Editing Services

$900

Video editing services, photo retouching and creative asset creation available as needed, for an additional fee. Includes the following:

photo retouching (for up to 20 images),
one edited short-form video including color grading (up to 2 minute long video),
one edited long-form video including color grading (up to 30 minutes long video)

All video editing includes edits, graphics, licensed or royalty-free music and one round of feedback.

6. Cancellations

6.1 Customer Cancellations

To cancel a booking, please contact us at support@aftr-studio.com.

Cancellation requests made more than 96 hours (4 days) before the scheduled shoot date will receive a full refund of the $1,500 deposit.

Cancellation requests made within 96 hours of the booked shoot date are non-refundable.

Refunds will not be issued for:

Missed bookings or no-shows
Late arrivals that reduce shoot time
Cancellations made after the required notice window
Completed services

Raw photography and video files are delivered within 72 hours after the shoot and are considered final unless additional post-production services are purchased.

6.2 Company Cancellations

We reserve the right to cancel any booking, service, at any time due to unavailability, safety concerns, errors, suspected fraud, or other business reasons. If we cancel a paid order or booking, we will issue a refund as described below.

6.3 Refund Policy

Cancellation requests made more than 96 hours (4 days) before the scheduled shoot date will receive a full refund of the $1,500 deposit. Cancellation requests made within 96 hours of the booked shoot date are non-refundable.

Refunds may be issued if:

we cancel the service and cannot reschedule;
a cancellation request is made within the required notice period stated above.

Refunds will not be issued for:

Missed bookings or no-shows
Late arrivals that reduce shoot time
Cancellations made after the required notice window
Completed services

Refunds are issued in our sole discretion and in accordance with this policy.

6.4 Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 - 10 business days, though timing may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

6.5 Rescheduling Policy

To reschedule a booking, please contact us at: support@aftr-studio.com.

Rescheduling requests made more than 96 hours (4 days) before the shoot date may be moved without an additional fee and without losing the deposit. The $1,500 deposit will not be refunded for rescheduling requests made within 96 hours of the booked shoot date.

7. Chargebacks/Disputes

Before initiating a chargeback, you agree to contact us at support@aftr-studio.com to attempt to resolve the issue. Filing a false or unjustified chargeback may result in suspension of services or refusal of future orders.

8. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, Client shall own, exclusively and in perpetuity, all raw footage, edited footage, photographs, audio, project files, and other content created under this Agreement (collectively, the "Content"), together with all worldwide intellectual property rights therein. Prior to full payment, Client shall have no ownership rights in the Content and no right to use, publish, distribute, or exploit it.

Notwithstanding Client's ownership of the Content, Client grants AFTR LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, display, distribute, publish, and otherwise showcase the Content for AFTR LLC's portfolio, website, social media channels, marketing materials, advertising, promotional purposes, case studies, and other business development and marketing activities. If Client does not wish for AFTR LLC to use the Content for such purposes, Client must notify AFTR LLC in writing prior to or at the time of the shoot, and AFTR LLC will honor such request.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, AFTR LLC shall not use any Content that contains confidential information, trade secrets, unreleased products or services, proprietary business information, protected health information, personally identifiable information, or images of minors without Client's prior written consent.

Client may revoke AFTR LLC's marketing and promotional license at any time upon written notice, and AFTR LLC shall cease all future use of the Content within thirty (30) days of receiving such notice. Such revocation shall not require AFTR LLC to recall materials previously published, distributed, printed, submitted, or otherwise used prior to receipt of the revocation notice. Except for the limited license granted herein, AFTR LLC retains no ownership rights in the Content following full payment.

9. Prohibited Use

You agree NOT to:

use our location or services for filming of pornography of any kind;
use our location or services for filming of consumption of alcohol or drugs;
use fire at our location
vandalize, damage or remove any objects or property at our location
use our website, location or services for any unlawful purpose;
interfere with the operation or security of our website or systems;
misrepresent your identity or submit false information;
copy, scrape, or exploit our content without permission.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website, products, and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AFTR LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption, arising out of or related to your use of our website, products, or services.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us for the applicable product or service giving rise to the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AFTR LLC, its owners, affiliates, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of our products or services.

13. Privacy

Your use of our website and services is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

15. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting us at support@aftr-studio.com.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be resolved through [binding arbitration / courts located in Los Angeles County, California], and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of those forums.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

17. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting the updated Terms on our website with a revised effective date. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
